1. Agreement & Eligibility

FromSanta is an AI video generator offered by North Pole Labs SRL. By creating an account or purchasing credits you agree to these Terms of Service.

Users must be at least 18 years old or have verifiable parental consent to operate an account and purchase credits on behalf of a child recipient.

2. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or attempt to circumvent payment limits.

3. Payments & Credits

All purchases are denominated in U.S. Dollars and processed by Stripe. Credits are delivered immediately after a successful payment.

Credits never expire but cannot be resold or transferred. Promotional credits may have additional limitations communicated at issuance.

4. No Refund Policy

Because video generation begins instantly, all sales are final. Please review your message carefully before confirming a generation request.

Chargebacks or payment disputes for completed generations will result in immediate account suspension while we investigate.

5. Video Generation & Usage

Generated clips are for personal, non-commercial use unless you obtain written consent from North Pole Labs SRL.

We may refuse to generate or may remove videos that contain harmful, hateful, or unsafe prompts.

You grant us a limited license to process your prompts for the sole purpose of delivering the requested videos.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 24/7 uptime, but maintenance windows or third-party outages may occur. Credit refunds are only issued when a generation fails to deliver any downloadable clip.

Features described on the marketing site are subject to change as we improve the product.

7. Legal & Contact

These Terms apply globally and disputes will be resolved under the applicable consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction.
